Fiscal Year 2019-20 Two-Day Fiscal Training for Center-Based Contractors

The Child Development and Nutrition Fiscal Services (CDNFS) Unit will be conducting four two-day fiscal trainings open to all center-based child development contractors in Fall 2019. This two-day training will include presentations from various units throughout the Department of Education, including the Child Development and Nutrition Fiscal Services Unit, the Early Learning and Care Division, Nutrition Services Division, and Audits and Investigations Division. This training will focus on fiscal compliance and how to maximize contract reimbursement.

Trainings will be conducted in four regions across California, specifically Glenn County, Madera County, Orange County, and Sacramento County. A copy of the save the date is attached to this email. Space will be limited to two attendees per agency, and one program staff and one fiscal staff is recommended.

Additional information regarding location details and how to sign up for these trainings will be forthcoming. Reservations will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
